1.
The registration fee is due at the time a place is reserved
for the child. Until the fee is paid, no place will be held.
The fee is non-refundable unless Trimont, upon receipt of
all registration documentation, should decline enrollment.
2. The first tuition payment is due on the first day of attendance.
3. Tuition reserves the child’s space and, therefore,
is charged even if the child is absent.
4. A 5% tuition discount is given to accounts that are paid
in advance for the whole year.
5. A sibling discount will be applied: 2nd child –
22%, 3rd child – 28%, 4th child – 33%.

Tuition is due on the first day of each month and is considered
delinquent if not paid on or before the 10th of each month.
A child may not come back the following month if the delinquent
tuition has not been paid or other arrangements made.
7. Once an account has been declared delinquent, a 10% late
fee is assessed.
8. A $10.00 returned check charge is applied to checks returned
for non-sufficient funds.
9. Half-day children that are not picked up by 12:30 pm are
considered full-day and will be charged the full-day rate
for the month.
10. No combination of half-day and full-day schedules is
available.
11. We do not provide half-day schedules for afternoons only.
IMPORTANT:
Trimont Christian Academy’s
tuition includes two snacks but NOT lunch. Please either purchase
a lunch from Suzanne’s Catering at $2.50 per day or
pack your child’s lunch. If you pack your child’s
lunch, you must include an ice pack and follow the USDA requirements
for Recommended Dietary Allowances.
